Supporting events and conferences in a full-time onsite capacity, the Event Coordinator will manage logistical arrangements, collaborate with internal departments and external partners, and ensure successful execution of events in Denver, Colorado. Key responsibilities: Coordinate event logistics, including room setup, audio visual needs, catering, and transportation Serve as the primary contact for event sponsors/hosts, facilitating decision-making and post-event evaluations Work with various teams to resolve issues and ensure events align with the Bank's mission and policies Required qualifications: At least 2 years of relevant experience in event coordination or a related field Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality management, or a closely related field Intermediate understanding of technical business processes Ability to work independently with general supervision Experience in project management, including organization and planning
